Updates
Our leader was absent so Lisa and I muddled through.
We welcomed 4 new people to our guild meeting. Welcome to Lisa, Sarah, Kelly, and Mancy!
It was so nice to see fresh faces. We hope you will join us again.
The fabric for the Metallics challenge for Quilt-Knit-Stitch
in August in Portland has been received from Robert Kaufman. It needs to be cut and will then be
distributed. Possibly by March Sew day
There is no update for the fabric for the Michael Miller Modern QuiltGuild Challenge.
Membership cards arrived and were distributed. Anyone who joined in the first round received
their card. We have cards for a couple
of members who were not present.

And so did Courtney
Well done ladies!
Tutorials for sewn and swapped items are here:
Dana use this cute pattern to make an Origame Drawstring Bag. Frances Newcombe's blog Belly Buttons Boutique which I guess she got from mairuru's blog and it is called Cute Origami Drawstring Bag. Super simple and it just takes two 16" squares and a little string.
My tote was the Multi-tasker Tote pattern by Anna Maria Horner
See you at Sew Day!
